EDMON ROTEА
Edmon Rotea is an Edmonton-based documentary and feature film producer committed to supporting filmmakers from diverse and underrepresented communities.
His producing credits include the TELUS Storyhive documentary The Line and the acclaimed independent horror feature Skinamarink, which opened in nearly 700 theatres worldwide and was named one of the best horror films of 2023 by Variety and Rolling Stone.
Edmon is also an executive producer of Ancestral Beasts, the Indigenous psychological horror feature written and directed by Tim Riedel.
His current projects include Boxed In, The Runback, and the documentaries Now: No Ordinary World and Women Who Dig.
He serves on the boards of several Alberta media arts organizations and is a graduate of the Osgoode Certificate in Entertainment Law program.
