PETER RICQ
Peter Ricq is an award-winning, multidisciplinary artist, filmmaker, writer, and performer. He has co-created several animated series, including The League of Super Evil, and directed music videos for his band, HUMANS.
Peter has also released the well-received graphic novel Once Our Land, which is currently being developed as an animated feature. In addition, he published a children’s book titled Ghosts Are People Too in 2022.
Peter made his live-action directorial debut with Dead Shack, which screened at festivals around the world, including Sitges, London FrightFest, VIFF, NIFFF, Toronto After Dark, and Fantasia, where it was awarded the Silver Prize for Best Canadian Feature.
He is also known for his murals and live music performances.
