MATT DRAKE
Matt Drake is a Canadian film producer, post-production supervisor, sound designer, and co-founder of Moon7 based in Vancouver. With experience across both production and post-production, he brings a broad range of skills to independent filmmaking.
Drake previously worked as a visual-effects supervisor at Zoic Studios, contributing to broadcast productions including Once Upon a Time. He is also the owner and operator of White Hart Post Production, a Vancouver-based company supporting the city’s growing film industry.
His credits include Luk’Luk’I, Never Steady, Never Still, Adventures in Public School, Hunting Matthew Nichols, and Lucky Star. Several of these projects premiered at major festivals, including the Toronto International Film Festival.
In 2018, Drake was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for his work on Never Steady, Never Still and was selected as one of 250 participants for the Berlinale Talents program.
