CAROLINE STERN
With twenty-five years of senior executive experience running international film sales companies out of Vancouver, Toronto, and London, Caroline Stern has developed exceptional industry oversight.
In 2017, she established London- and Vancouver-based sales agency Canoe Film, which places transparency and collaboration at the core of its business. Canoe supports compelling early-stage projects by leveraging extensive professional, finance, and studio relationships.
Caroline has launched more than 250 titles internationally, including the J-horror films The Ring, Dark Water, and The Grudge, Joss Whedon’s Much Ado About Nothing, and the BAFTA-nominated Keyboard Fantasies.
Her producing credits include the Netflix-released Surviving Christmas with the Relatives, on which she served as co-producer; the Vice Media-released documentary One Man and His Shoes, as executive producer; and the gothic horror film Raven’s Hollow, an AMC Shudder Original based on events in the life of a young Edgar Allan Poe.
